About My Approach
My approach is to put together the team that is necessary to win.
That team might consist of experts, investigators, other lawyers, paralegals and, in unusual cases, accountants, CPAs or other people whose expertise will lead to a winning result.
I have long experience in putting together such teams with excellent results.
From the beginning of a case - whether civil or criminal, I conceptualize a strategy that attempts to account for various tactics the opposition may use. I always keep my eye on what a trial will look like - ultimately what evidence will be admissible under the rules and law, and which witnesses will best advance our case.
In addition, I consider the personalities involved - the opposition lawyers, their experts and witnesses, and the judge.
